• ^{The employment contract must be in writing on a standard form. The employment contract is registered on the same day in the employment contract registration journal. No later than before the commencement of work, the employer shall provide the employee with an identity document (employment certificate) together with the second copy of the employment contract. (Excerpt from Article 99 (2) of the Labor Code)}
